How come Soren Bruns wearing the HSVA logo is staying next to the blue SSPA model?
In January 2023 we performed model tests of our tanker case at the SSPA. Now, this model is successfully shipped to Germany to repeat the tests at Hamburg Ship Model Basin (HSVA). By the end of this exercise, we will get ship scale and model scale data (from two reputable towing tanks!) for identical conditions (draughts and speeds). Moreover, we will have the PIV data at the same sections in the model scale and ship scale!
