Can we quantify cavitation erosion on propeller blades?

Ship Monitoring Energy Efficiency

Look at this picture taken for one of our project vessels. The propeller roughness imprints have been taken in various locations on propeller blades (60 samples in total). These two locations are relatively close to each other, however, one sample is on the eroded area and another one is not. The average roughness of the first sample is 16.03 µm and the second one is only 5.43 µm. Do you think it will affect propeller performance?
